Delivery Guide

We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Every effort is made to dispatch the item the same day if placed before 1pm. All goods are subject to availability. Generally, overseas delivery can take anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks, depending on destination and so you should allow for this length of time when making your purchase.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us to chase your order.

If Knit One Purl One is unable to deliver the order after 30 days of the date of the order, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and a refund. To cancel the order the customer must send in writing notice of cancellation to Knit one Purl one after the order date but before delivery of the goods.

Postage Type: Royal Mail 2nd Class for most orders depending on weight and delivery address.

What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)

If Items go missing in the post, Royal Mail terms and conditions state "No claims can be made until 15 working days has passed from the date of posting" after the 15 days has elapsed (UK & Republic of Ireland only) we will put a claim in with Royal Mail (this takes Royal Mail up to 30 days to investigate). Any customer that provides incorrect address details will have to reply on Royal Mail returning the items to us as they do not allow us to make a claim if the customer has supplied the wrong or incorrect address details.


International Orders

Same process as for UK orders. It is 30 days before we can put a claim in. We will not send orders to non-fixed addresses ie ships.
